About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as a Porter, to provide resident support at our brand new Northwood and Kevin Hickman Retirement Village. This is a Casual position, with a variety of shifts on offer on an as required basis.

In this role you will often be working independently to:

  • Welcome all visitors and new independent residents and provide assistance and direction as necessary
  • Help settle residents into their new homes
  • Manage resident enquiries, and cover reception
  • Be responsible for answering emergency call bells 24/7 of our independent residents
  • Provide first aid, or call emergency services as required
  • Perform general cleaning and administration duties
  • Assist at Open Days and functions for visitors, residents and families to the village
  • Work closely with and support your colleagues
About You
