**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as a Porter, to provide resident support at our brand new Northwood and Kevin Hickman Retirement Village.

This is a Casual**_ _**position, with a variety of shifts on offer on an as required basis.

In this role you will often be working independently to:

- Welcome all visitors and new independent residents and provide assistance and direction as necessary
- Help settle residents into their new homes
- Managing resident enquiries, and covering reception.
- Be responsible for answering emergency call bells 24/24 of our independent residents
- Providing first aid, or calling emergency services as required.
- General cleaning and administration duties
- Assist at Open Days and functions for visitors, residents and families to the village
- Work closely with, and support your colleagues.
