General Cashier

Perform general cashier duties, including counting and checking all funds remitted by all Hotel cashiers, verifying foreign exchange conversions, ensuring credit card batches are accurate, and preparing the daily General Cashier's Reconciliation Report.

Prepare and coordinate daily banking, ensuring all deposits are made as per banking schedule to maintain a good cash flow.

Accounts Payables

Under Accounts Payable duties, you will be responsible for accurate recording and management of all suppliers for the hotel. You will support the Accounts Payable function within the Finance department by performing the following tasks:

  • Independently monitor and control the Accounts Payable process
  • Assist in distributing invoices to the appropriate approver within the document system
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve any queries
  • Review, verify, and code invoices to the correct COA, ensuring compliance with payment deadlines
  • Review Accounts Payables ageing summary weekly and follow up
  • Assist in reviewing the monthly reconciliations of all bank accounts and follow up on outstanding items
  • Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner
  • Other duties as directed by the Director of Finance
