Dental Surgeon in NHGP Dental Clinic
National Healthcare Group Polyclinics (NHGP) offers basic primary dental care as well as intermediate-level dental services, including a broad range of Operative Dentistry, Prosthodontics, Periodontics, Endodontics, and Minor Oral Surgery. Dental Surgeons are responsible for the quality of care in the management of patients with dental conditions. As part of the quality management, Dental Surgeons provide clinical mentorship and organize dental care at the clinics. In addition to clinical care, they are required to carry out clinical audits and hold administrative/leadership duties as assigned. Patient and staff safety are priorities with a keen focus on infection control. Career development opportunities are readily available to excellent performers.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and supporting clinical staff.
- Passion for clinical quality, process improvement, mentoring junior clinicians, and leadership roles.
- A committed team player who is proactive and motivated.
- Compassionate and enthusiastic.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Competent in intermediate dental procedures.
- Able to commit to a 5.5 days' workweek (Monday - Saturday).
Preferred Qualification:
- Basic Dental Degree from Singapore (i.e., BDS) or dental degree recognized by the Singapore Dental Council.
- Conditional or Full Registration with the Singapore Dental Council.
- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
An added advantage if you have the following knowledge/skills:
- Graduate Diploma or Masters in relevant fields (i.e., General Dentistry, Special Needs Dentistry, Dental Public Health, Conservative Dentistry).
- Proficiency in Dental Software - Medisys.
