Digital Marketing & E-commerce Executive

Kinross is looking for a marketing professional passionate about bringing fun campaigns to life; to drive online sales, digital engagement and brand awareness. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, digitally capable, who is comfortable collaborating within a team, and confident to independently managing projects.

Digital growth and online sales are our top priorities. You'll closely support our Marketing Manager in implementing strategies and campaigns, managing our e-commerce store, and ensuring our omni-channel promotions and digital strategies reach our customers and database in the right way.

An interest or previous experience in wine, hospitality, retail or tourism will be highly beneficial.

Ideal Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of two years experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably in B2C
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in copywriting, with a focus on writing engaging and sales focused eDMs.
  • Proficiency in content management, SEO, e-commerce practices and CRM management.
  • A marketing degree or another applicable digital qualification.
Key Responsibilities:E-commerce and Database Management:
  • Oversee and maintain Shopify product listings
  • Write, coordinate and report on performance of automated eDMs that sit within a wider e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Optimise our website for improved user experience and increased conversion rates.
  • Know our CRM database inside out and help create campaigns that deliver repeat sales that are targeted to people's tastes.
Marketing & Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and monitor B2C marketing campaigns designed to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth.
  • Design and implement print and digital collateral and signage.
  • Create engaging and brand aligned copywriting.
  • Merchandise management, including inventory control, stock management, and assisting in product development.
Social Media & Content Creation:
  • Plan, create, and manage engaging content for email marketing campaigns, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
  • Develop compelling and high-converting social media posts and video content.
  • Briefing content creators, e.g., photographers and videographers.
  • Monitoring emerging social platforms and trends.
Essential Tools & Skills:
  • Shopify
  • Klaviyo or ActiveCampaign
  • Meta business suite
  • Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Canva
  • Google Analytics
  • SEO tools such as SEMrush or similar
