About The Role

As the Director of Investment, you will lead, develop, and implement robust Terms of investment negotiation processes. You will provide vision and leadership to achieve Stuff's revenue and performance goals, working closely with senior commercial managers across the business. Your role is pivotal in delivering innovative advertising solutions that engage audiences and provide exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an Investment strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with clients, media agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and advise on opportunities that ensure alignment with company goals and revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with executives and senior leadership to optimise investment strategies.
  • Implement quality sales management processes and tracking mechanisms to measure success.
  • Translate market insights into strategic guidance for the business.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between local and national sales teams.
