From the pre-construction phase to construction to post-construction, we partner seamlessly with our clients to coordinate and safely and successfully deliver projects and programs.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Project Manager to join our Auckland Program & Project Management team in 2026. You'll work alongside our Senior Project Managers on large infrastructure projects across the Water, Transport, Power and Health Sectors and also have the opportunity to work on projects and support bids across the ANZ Business – and we'll mentor you each step of the way to ensure you're set up for success.

Here's what you'll need

Ideally, by January 2026 you'll hold a university degree in Engineering or Project Management. This is a unique role that requires applicants to hold the right to work in New Zealand. Bring your curiosity, collaborative spirit and strong communication skills, and we'll help you grow, pursue and fulfil what drives you – so we can make big impacts on the world, together.
