Job Summary

We are recruiting an Environmental Sustainability Specialist to join our Waste Solutions team as part of our 2-year Graduate Programme. The successful candidate will support our efforts to achieve zero waste by 2040 through various initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing strategies for waste reduction, reuse, and recycling
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to educate communities on sustainable practices
  • Contributing to the development of our Waste Minimisation and Management Plan
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have a relevant Bachelor's degree completed between January 2024 and January 2026
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills and excellent communication and time management skills
  • Be eligible to work in New Zealand for more than 3 years without sponsorship
