REINZ (Real Estate Institute of New Zealand) supports over 17000 real estate professionals across NZ, who work in all areas of real estate. They are committed to elevating the knowledge and skills of the industry across New Zealand. They provide vital educational resources, training, and qualifications to real estate professionals, helping them stay ahead in a competitive market.
On their behalf, we are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to work within the Education team, specifically supporting their newly established PTE. You will be part of a team that delivers qualifications, verifiable and non-verifiable learning opportunities to a broad range of REINZ members.
Broadly, your remit will see you:
- Ensuring ongoing compliance and reporting requirements are met for and with relevant parties (NZQA, TEC)
- Working with stakeholders and SMEs to manage the assessment/resource production schedule
- Managing the SMS (Student Management System) administration and processing learner enrolments, while ensuring compliance
- Updating and maintaining key processes in the QMS (Quality Management System)
- Assisting with the qualifications schedule and calendar (learner enquiries, workshops and live online sessions)
In essence, you will be managing the course eco-system to ensure all requirements are met.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have a good working knowledge of the NZQA framework and unit standards as it relates to course content, assessment and moderation
- Have outstanding attention to detail
- Be a confident user of SMS, QMS and LMS systems, ideally Wisenet and BrightSpace
- Understand and perhaps be certified in Adult Learning practices with practical experience in Quality Assurance in an educational environment.
Outside of your technical experience, you will be confident to engage with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external to REINZ, demonstrating an engaging interpersonal style and the ability to work easily with a broad range of people. You will be technology literate in terms of your systems knowledge and ability to use modern tools, for example, Microsoft Applications.
The REINZ Education team are a tight-knit and supportive group, focused on providing quality learning opportunities for their members. You'll report to and work closely with a very supportive and knowledgeable Head of Education, who will be your biggest advocate and cheerleader. This critical working relationship will work best if you are willing to level up in sharing your thoughts and ideas as well as your issues openly.
This is an exciting time to join the REINZ team as they embark on this next stage in their Education journey. You'll be joining a diverse and passionate group of people who genuinely make a difference to the development of those who choose the real estate and property sector as their professional career path.
