Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate road maintenance activities to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and operational teams across contracts.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Planning, program development, and being the key point of contact with our clients for managing the relationship and contract performance.
Experience
  • Proven experience in maintenance contract management within the road maintenance sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
