Position Summary
As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of our store, driving a sales culture that embodies PUMA's values and spirit. You'll be on the front lines—engaging with customers, coaching a high-performing team, and ensuring our store not only meets but surpasses targets. Your mission? To deliver an exceptional customer experience and lead the way in making PUMA the go-to brand for sports enthusiasts.

What You'll Do:

  1. Drive Results: Ensure the store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through strategic planning and effective expense management.
  2. Lead by Example: Spend 90% of your time on the sales floor, directly interacting with customers, selling, and mentoring your team.
  3. Elevate Customer Experience: Guarantee that every customer leaves our store feeling valued, supported, and excited about their purchase.
  4. Develop Talent: Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing team that's as passionate about PUMA as you are.
  5. Protect the Brand: Manage Loss Prevention and Operational compliance, ensuring the store is safe, secure, and running smoothly.
  6. Merchandise Mastery: Keep our store looking its best by executing visual guidelines and identifying merchandise opportunities.
  7. Flexibility: Be prepared to lead during non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
