Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
Behind all the road and public transport networks runs a busy Central Control Room and Support Team based in Central, Auckland. This fast-paced environment is on the go 24/7 and we need enthusiastic, agile and tech-savvy Central Control Operators to join our team.
As an Operator, you will work closely with parking and transport officers, monitoring car park systems, dispatching and managing incident responses, and dealing with customer queries while leading and mentoring others who also respond.
