We serve a global market with a software as a service solution, that enables centralised, digitised and automated efficiency for businesses that use leasing as a core asset procurement tool. As a Technical Accounting Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers get the most out of our software while also supporting internal teams with expert accounting insights.

About the Role

In this role, you will bridge the gap between accounting expertise and technology, helping customers and internal teams understand, implement, and maximise the benefits of Nomos One. You'll work closely with customers, product managers, developers, and support teams to provide practical accounting expertise in relation to the Nomos One software and contribute to product improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Provide technical and practical accounting expertise, explaining financial impacts and answering queries.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Help new customers integrate their accounting needs with the functionality of Nomos One.
  • Product Collaboration: Work with developers and product managers to enhance and refine functionalities.
  • Financial Accuracy & Testing: Support testing, diagnose system errors, and ensure reliable financial outputs.
  • Training & Education: Develop and occasionally deliver training to improve product and accounting knowledge.
  • Internal Support: Assist teams with accounting insights, data analysis, and expert advice.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • CA qualified or actively working towards certification
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Tech savvy & experience with cloud-based software is preferred
  • Strong time management and ability to work both independently and in a team
  • High integrity and professionalism
