NZME New Zealand is one of the largest media companies in New Zealand, made up of over 50 leading media brands. We're looking for a Sales and Account Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in generating revenue through proactive, customer-focused account management. Based in Dunedin or Invercargill, your main objective will be to achieve sales targets and growth for the Real Estate category within your region.

You'll be responsible for:

  1. Regularly meeting with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business needs, providing solutions that maximize value.
  2. Accurately tracking and reporting on sales performance, market trends, and client activities to keep management informed.
  3. Working collaboratively with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

About You:

  • A degree in commerce or media studies and 2+ years' experience in account management, preferably in a high-energy, sales-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results.
