The purpose of this role is to create detailed reports for key stakeholders in a timely, consistent, and accurate manner. This includes uncovering insights and trends and offering strategic recommendations to management for parts and accessory sales.
This opportunity is permanent/full-time based on-site Monday – Friday at our Head Office in Palmerston North.
What's involved in the role:- Responsible for preparing daily, monthly, and yearly reporting for key stakeholders.
- Interpret and analyse raw data to create insightful reports and dashboards using relevant statistical techniques.
- Monitor parts invoicing to ensure accuracy, reflecting this in JDE.
- Analysing data to accurately forecast the annual parts and accessories budget.
- Support with increasing parts & accessory sales to stores.
- A relevant tertiary-level qualification (preferably in finance or business).
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Great organisational skills
- The ability to build strong relationships and communicate with internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels on a regular basis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Analytical skills – you will be able to interpret data to make quick decisions
