Te āheinga: The Opportunity

We are seeking multiple full time Service Desk Analyst roles, to support and enhance technology use across UCOL by providing technical support to kaimahi (staff) and ākonga (students). The role will also complete onboarding and offboarding processes for new kaimahi and related training.

Along with day to day support, each analyst will also concentrate on one or more key areas of responsibility aligned with their skillset. Ability to travel regularly to our other campuses is a must and will form part of the service the Digital Team provides to the business.

Minimum Requirements:
  1. You have a relevant industry recognised qualification
  2. You have proven experience working with Microsoft technologies
  3. You have knowledge of other technology solutions, video conferencing, mobile devices etc
  4. You have sound troubleshooting skills, and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently
  5. You have a strong commitment to providing high quality, customer focused IT services
  6. You have experience working in a similar role, preferably a Service Desk support role at Level 2 - 3
  7. You have a basic knowledge of Moodle platforms and associated tools used in a tertiary education setting
  8. You have excellent customer service relationship skills
  9. You have a full drivers licence
