Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with a blend of strategic and operational skills.
  • Build robust talent pipelines and market maps, developing a proactive approach to talent acquisition – become the go-to talent hunter
  • Drive key initiatives across Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), Employee Value Proposition (EVP), and Graduate programmes.
  • Partner effectively across teams, delivering exceptional outcomes while remaining self-driven and team oriented.
  • Conduct remuneration surveys and reporting using JobAdder and HiBob.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a successful track record of managing end-to-end recruitment.
  • Proactive and assertive sourcing style - a hunter
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and foster strong relationships with leaders and key managers – your people skills will be second to none
  • Ideally, experience within financial services or corporate environments.
  • System savvy – you will be analytical and confident with technology solutions.
  • A resilient, diplomatic, and confident individual who is hardworking and adaptable. You can work independently and across a team.
