The role

We are looking for Healthcare Assistants to join our dedicated team at Eversley in Mahora, Hastings, on a casual basis.

What You'll Be Doing
  1. Providing exceptional personal care for our residents, under the guidance of a Registered Nurse
  2. Building rapport with residents, staff and visitors
  3. Following our company policies and procedures to create a safe environment for our residents.
What You'll Bring
  1. A minimum of 1 year experience in a caregiving position or similar
  2. Great people skills with empathy for the elderly and their families
  3. Good written and verbal communication skills
  4. A kind and caring nature
  5. Flexible multitasking and time management skills.
Job Details
  1. Weekly roster includes weekends and possible night shift
