Job Description

As a Delivery & Installation team member at our Distribution Centre, you and a buddy will be responsible for the delivery and installation of whiteware products in our customers' homes. You will receive full on-the-job training and have someone with you every step of the way to help guide and mentor you with the support from our awesome leaders. No two days will be the same, you will get a huge range of variety in this role and never know where you'll find yourself having your lunch break

In this role, you will engage with customers to find the best way to bring the product into their home, unpack and install it as well as removal of old appliances and packaging if requested. With this role often being the last point of contact with our valued customers, you have a great opportunity to create a memorable customer experience. We often get compliments from our customers telling us how amazing our delivery team are

This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours + per week) - Tuesday - Saturday.

Hours are commonly 7:00am – 4:00pm but a level of flexibility will be required as start and finish times can be subject to change depending on delivery schedule for the day.

Qualifications

This is a physically demanding role that requires someone with a good degree of strength, who can keep up with our fast-paced environment. You're someone who likes working and sparking conversations with customers, and ensuring their experience is exceptional means the world to you.

  • Can be on their feet for long periods of time.
  • Is physically fit and able.
  • Has a positive, can-do attitude towards work.
  • Understands the customers' needs and is able to create a great experience for them.
  • Ensures processes are followed explicitly and company guidelines are upheld at all stages of the customer experience.
  • Maintains work area to an excellent standard, ensuring it is presentable and functional.
  • Is responsible for the safety of yourself, others, and the products when driving.
  • Has a full, clean driver's license.
