Website Coordinator Specialist

As a Website Coordinator Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining our website and ensuring its content is accurate and up-to-date.
This role involves working closely with our communications manager to develop and distribute email campaigns, including our monthly Bulletin e-newsletter for centres and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Management:- Maintain the website, ensuring centre and staff information is current and accurate.
- Liaise with developers to resolve technical issues and implement changes.
- Support the communications manager in creating and sending email campaigns.
- Maintain email lists and distribute campaigns as required.
- Collaborate with the communications manager to deliver key marketing campaigns.
- Respond promptly to centre and staff inquiries regarding website and communications matters.
- Carry out additional communications and administrative tasks as directed.
A NZ work visa or residency is a requirement for this role.
