Skills & experience

  • Integral to the role is an ability to demonstrate initiative, attitude and passion
  • It is desirable that the person has a willingness to complete New Zealand Certification in Financial Services (Level 5)
  • A desire to learn and progress
  • Be adept at developing and maintaining long terms relationships with clients
  • Have great MS Office skills and be able to adapt to new applications and IT environments
  • Be flexible in a growing organisation

Main responsibilities

  • Assist in communicating with clients, gathering the necessary risk information for new accounts, policy renewals, and the provision of quotations
  • Assistance with client enquiries, ensuring a consistently high level of service and professionalism
  • Preparing all forms of client communication including pre-renewal reports, policy documentation and invoices
  • Debtor management when required
  • Assist in growing the business and marketing the capability of the firm through professional networks
