The role
Use your geoscience expertise to enhance Seequent's solutions and ensure an exceptional product experience. As a Level 3 support specialist within the development team, you'll contribute to product development, testing, and documentation while resolving advanced technical issues. Collaborate across teams to improve product quality and customer outcomes.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Offer precise and tailored guidance to aid the organisation's planning and development, with a focus on geoscience and cross-application workflows.
- Support the technical team in understanding and analysing complex customer challenges.
- Adhere to established procedures to diagnose and resolve application-related issues.
- Serve as a primary contact for customers, managing diverse inquiries and service requests.
- Update and maintain knowledge base articles and support materials to align with business requirements.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A passion for and experience in geology.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, communication skills, and a "team-first" mindset.
- Experience working with Seequent products is advantageous but not essential.
Additional Information
Office-based working environment, work from our Christchurch, New Zealand office three or more days per week.
