Your Role:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will leverage your expertise to enhance brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and support business growth through data driven marketing strategies.

Key Accountability:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, including collaboration and managing agency relationships.
  • Manage the company's website, ensuring it is optimised for user experience, SEO, and lead generation.
  • Oversee social media platforms, creating and scheduling engaging content to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Bring a data driven mindset to drive performance marketing and ensure measurable outcomes are achieved.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling content, including blog posts, case studies and all things marketing.

Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

About you:

You will be a self driven, performance marketer who relishes ownership, challenge and a broad scope in your role. You will thrive in a small team, with access to peers in Australia and enjoy both working independently and as part of a collaborative team. With an analytical mindset and equally creative flair, you will be committed to continuous improvement and make data driven decisions. You will enjoy working with agencies to create award winning content and genuinely have an impact in all you do.

Your Contribution/Expertise:

  • Ideally you will hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 4 years+ experience in digital marketing with strong SEO experience and a strong understanding of digital agencies as you will be managing these relationships.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media management platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and a desire to drive actionable and impactful marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small, close knit NZ team and with the wider business, interfacing with Australia.
