Our Harcourts Grenadier Avonhead office is seeking a Personal Assistant to support a high-performing Sales Consultant.
This is a part-time position, requiring approx. 25-30 hours per week. Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Personal Assistant or Administrative role and should be proactive, enabling agents to dedicate more time to clients by taking initiative and assuming responsibilities.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Providing accurate and timely administrative support.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Preparing and uploading property listing documentation.
- Designing and booking property marketing.
- Updating and maintaining the agent's online marketing platforms.
- Maintaining accurate client records in our database.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Real estate industry experience is preferred.
- Strong computer skills.
- Experience with social media is advantageous.
- Familiarity with VaultCRM is a plus.
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities.
