The Role
We're seeking an experienced Retail Assistant to join our team at MECCA Queenstown store. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, supporting the wider team, and contributing to the overall store performance.
About the Job
This is a part-time opportunity, with one weekend day per week. You will work closely with our store manager and team members to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create authentic connections with customers
- Support the wider team with on-floor presence and ability to pivot as required
- Work effectively as part of the team to support the running of the store in a safe, compliant, and efficient way
- Contribute to the overall store performance through providing an excellent customer experience

You will be successful in this role if you can confidently deliver an exceptional customer experience, demonstrate strong product knowledge for MECCA's hero brands and products, and show an active commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
