Project Controller, this is your challenge

MCO is part of the Swiss Nestlé Health Science. MCO has set itself the goal of ensuring optimal human health. Our commitment to good health means more than just offering some of the most effective nutritional products. We want to help people become as healthy as possible. We do this together with our team of 90 employees, based in Almere.

As a Project Controller, you are responsible for all the accounting and booking for projects as well as handling all the invoices and related payments and have the following responsibilities:

  • The link between the business (Finance) and the project team (Engineering/Project Managers/End-to-End);
  • Responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of financial reporting (presentations/NIMT);
  • Analyzing the results and determining whether they align with project budgets;
  • Preparing forecasts to identify deviations in a timely manner.

As Project Controller you will report to the Co-pilot Finance Supply Chain.

What we are looking for in our Project Controller?

  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in Project Control;
  • Experience with SAP;
  • Hands-on mentality;
  • Critical and able to challenge the business;
  • Education: HBO Business Economics, Finance & Control or Accounting;
  • For this position, it is required to be regularly on-site at our office in Almere.

The job offers more than just a challenge:

  • A full-time position (40 hours per week);
  • Excellent employment conditions, 25 vacation days, and 3 additional leave days appointed by MCO;
  • Hybrid (remote) work arrangement with provided equipment to arrange an ergonomic home office;
  • Various career development opportunities, both in the Netherlands and internationally;
  • The possibility to buy nutritional supplements for cost price upon a maximum of €500 per year;
  • Green mobility program: Get a great deal on e-bikes with a lease option or score a tax benefit when buying a bike.

More reasons to work at Nestlé:

  • We offer impactful training and development programs and coaching to help you upgrade your skills and take your career to the next level;
  • Your well-being is our priority. We support this with various activities, such as our Employee Assistance Program;
  • At the office, you can enjoy fresh vegetables and fruits.

Respect is at the heart of Nestlé's culture. We value diversity as an essential part of our culture. Embracing people's differences is what drives our product development and workplace dynamics. It is important that everyone feels accepted, comfortable, and safe at Nestlé, regardless of their gender, religion, cultural background, age, disability, or who they love. We strongly believe that diversity fuels creativity, innovation, and moves our organization forward. That's why we're actively fostering a culture and leadership that offers equal opportunities for all.
