The Role
As the Bas/Tax Manager, you will be responsible for leading tax engagements and guiding a team of tax specialists to deliver exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include

  1. Overseeing all phases of tax engagements, ensuring compliance, precision, and efficiency.
  2. Advising clients on complex tax issues, including corporate tax, GST, and cross-border matters.
  3. Building and managing strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on tax and financial matters.
  4. Leading and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
  5. Keeping up with tax legislation and industry changes to provide forward-thinking insights and recommendations.
The Ideal Candidate
  1. 4 years of tax experience, ideally within a public practice setting.
  2. A CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification, with deep technical knowledge in tax.
  3. Proven leadership abilities, including experience in managing client engagements and guiding teams.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  5. A high level of accuracy, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
