About the role:

We're looking for a hands-on, people-driven leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, overcoming challenges and ensuring smooth operations. You'll provide strategic direction, inspire collaboration, and keep projects on track from start to finish. As a passionate leader, you'll excel in a people-oriented, problem-solving environment, playing an integral role in driving project success and empowering the team to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day functions of the project.
  • Ensure work is always compliant with Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
  • Schedule work tasks, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records of work activities, including daily reports and progress updates.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction.
  • Proven track record of 4-5+ years in a leadership role leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety regulations and procedures.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required within the region.
