Job Description

We're Looking For
  1. Site Engineers - Strong technical and site experience within either Civil or Structures environment.
  2. Project Engineers - Proven leadership in project execution.
  3. Senior Project Engineers – Strong leadership, technical and site experience within either Civil or Structures environment.

These Roles Will See You Focused On
  1. Site management and supervision.
  2. Project planning and coordination.
  3. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  4. Planning and tendering of project work.
  5. Safety, quality, and environmental risk management.
  6. Management of contractual issues and project documentation.
  7. Establishing control framework and monitor process including project budgets and resource management.
  8. Stakeholder engagement.
As an experienced operational leader in the Civil Construction industry:
  1. Have the ability to drive operational site work, ensuring quality outputs and deliverables.
  2. Proven experience at delivering results in a commercially competitive environment where a focus on service and operational excellence is paramount.
  3. Proven experience of HSE/QA in a commercial environment.
  4. Experience in relating to operational staff at all levels of an organisation.
It Is Also Desirable To Have
  1. BE (Civil), Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or other relevant tertiary qualification relating to Infrastructure.
  2. Proven ability to manage multifaceted supplier/service provider relationships and develop effective working relationships.
  3. Sound commercial understanding and acumen.
