  • P&C Business Partner
  • Senior P&C Advisor

P&C Business Partner

Covering a period of parental leave, this role is all about partnership. You'll work closely with leaders to drive business outcomes through effective people strategies, playing a key role in shaping our culture and supporting our growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business goals
  • Provide expert advice, coaching and support on people matters
  • Play a key role in driving culture and engagement initiatives

Senior P&C Advisor / Junior BP

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR generalist You'll be a trusted advisor to our people leaders, supporting them with the full spectrum of generalist HR activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide day-to-day HR support and coaching to people leaders, lifting capability and ensuring best practice outcomes.
  • Guide managers through employee relations and performance management processes.
  • Contribute to organisational development, remuneration, and key HR projects.

What We're Looking For

For the P&C Business Partner role, you'll bring strong experience in similar positions, where you have worked closely with business leaders to drive success through impactful people initiatives.

The Senior P&C Advisor will have around five years of generalist HR experience and be well versed in the full-spectrum of HR activities.

For both positions, we're seeking HR professionals who:

  • Are trusted advisors, able to build strong relationships and influence leaders
  • Take a pragmatic, commercial approach to HR, balancing people and business needs
  • Are solutions-focused, proactive, and passionate about supporting people to succeed.
