  4. Coach and support through ER/IR, investigations, and conflict resolution with a focus on providing pragmatic advice.
  5. Lead and execute initiatives within the People & Capability strategic plan, delivering simplicity and value to the business.
  6. Support data-driven decision-making through effective people and performance metrics.
  7. Champion HR skills in stores and collaborate with other Store HRBP's to add value to the HR space in stores.

  3. Onsite café with subsidised meals, mini mart, 5% discount at our retail stores.
  4. Flexible working options, a day off on your birthday.
  5. In-house learning and development courses, flu vaccinations, and social network groups (we call them Tribes).

He kōrero mōu - About you

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR within medium to large enterprises, preferably in retail or customer-focused environments. They should be a proactive and adaptable leader with excellent coaching, advisory, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in building positive relationships with stakeholders at different levels of the business.
