About the Role

As a Delivery & Installation Team Member, you'll be responsible for delivering and installing whiteware products in customers' homes. You'll work closely with a buddy to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. You'll receive full on-the-job training and have someone with you every step of the way to guide and mentor you.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers to find the best way to bring the product into their home
  • Unpacking and installing products, as well as removing old appliances and packaging if requested
  • Ensuring a memorable customer experience and creating a positive impression of our company
Requirements

This is a physically demanding role that requires someone with a good degree of strength and the ability to keep up with our fast-paced environment. You'll need to be able to:

  • Be on your feet for long periods of time
  • Be physically fit and able
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude towards work
  • Understand the customers' needs and create a great experience for them
  • Ensure processes are followed explicitly and company guidelines are upheld at all stages of the customer experience
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
