Company Description

We have multiple temp vacancies available across Cash Management, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable ranging from 6 weeks to 4 months in duration. We have just gone live with a new ERPFI system and need extra pairs of hands to ensure this transition runs smoothly across our Finance department. Job Description

These roles sit within our Transactional Services teams. We will rely on your end to end understanding of either cash management, the accounts receivable and credit control processes or accounts payable, or a mix of all or some. We are also open to seeing strong data skills and/or reconciliation skills.

On any day you could be liaising with the wider finance team, through to our stores, operations team or our customers – so your ability to build relationships through trust, confidence and your actions will sum up success in the role.

Key components of the roles include a mix of:

  • Mailbox management, giftcards processing/management, rebate invoices and credit note processing
  • Invoicing, unallocated receipting
  • Data entry, fixing errors
  • General AR and Cash Management processes
  • General AP experience including the likes of three-way matching, Foreign Exchange transactions, Supplier reconciliations and issue resolution
Qualifications

To hit the ground running we expect you will possess either cash management, AR and credit control or accounts payable and data entry/administrative experience – in an end to end environment. Oracle experience would be a bonus, however not necessary provided you are system and Excel savvy we are open to your technical skillset.

You will need to have NZ right to work. Please note we cannot accept applications without NZ right to work for these vacancies. You will also need to be available immediately or have a short notice period of 1 week and be based in Auckland. We foresee your initial 3 weeks as being based full-time in our offices, but once you are trained and capable on the system hybrid working can then occur (3 days in office, upto 2 days WFH).
