We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Coordinator, Based in East Tamaki. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory levels are sufficient to meet operational needs
Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring all team members adhere to safety and operational procedures
Implement and maintain warehouse best practices to optimize efficiency and minimize errors
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and resolve any issues that may arise
Oversee the maintenance and organization of the warehouse space

To Be Successful for this Role
Full Valid NZ Driver's License F Endorsement
Valid Counterbalance License and Reach
Proven experience in warehouse operations or a similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office
Knowledge of safety and quality standards and regulations
Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
Available Monday - Friday
No overseas Applicant

Day-to-Day
Receive and inspect incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and quality
Organize and maintain inventory, conducting regular stock checks
Coordinate with logistics providers to schedule shipments and deliveries
Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues promptly
