We are seeking candidates to fill a variety of exciting roles. Opportunities include admin, customer service, data entry and office support. Specifically temporary contracts, however, permanent positions may become available to the right candidate. Temporary opportunities are a fantastic way to rapidly build your skills, grow as a professional, network and explore new industries.

The Role:

  • These temporary positions involve supporting the team with whatever administration tasks they throw your way.

Duties may include:

  • Answering calls and client queries
  • Scheduling meetings and managing diaries
  • Preparing and filing documents, and data entry
  • Inventory administration
  • Customer services/contact center
  • Use of various systems such as Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, CRM and databases, etc.



About You:

  • Experience in administration and working with a variety of computer systems is desired, but not required
  • Fantastic customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Takes initiative and can think on your feet
  • Solution-based thinker
  • Maintains a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Ability to grasp the requirements of the job quickly and be motivated to learn new skills and systems
