Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

  • Collaborate with Field Sales in New Zealand to facilitate renewal conversations with customers.
  • Assess customer needs, applying strong account management abilities to ensure successful renewals.
  • Utilize knowledge of ServiceNow licensing models to assist both sales teams and customers during licensing discussions.
  • Monitor customer health indicators to proactively identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and collaborate with relevant teams to take necessary actions.
  • Keep management informed with regular and accurate updates on renewal progress, escalating issues when required.
  • Engage customers in discussions related to renewal readiness, timelines, and overall needs.
  • Engage with customers on multi-year contracts to maintain ongoing relationships and ensure they extract maximum value from our products.
  • Develop and present renewal proposals and alternatives to customers, notifying them of upcoming contract expirations.
  • Work closely with Legal, Deals Desk, and Sales Operations to secure necessary approvals and finalize contracts.
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to assess customer satisfaction and drive product adoption and usage.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Renewal Account Management or Customer Success roles.
  • Proven track record in managing customer retention and SaaS product adoption within a specific territory.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills, including sales, account management, and customer service experience.
  • Initiative to identify opportunities for process enhancements and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and a history of achieving set targets.
  • Experience with enterprise software within a SaaS model is preferred.
