As a Java Technical Lead, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality client services. Your expertise will drive effective and cost-efficient project management, particularly in the domains of Insurance and Banking.

In this Java Technical Lead role, you will lead and oversee the aspects of projects, including:

  • Conducting vulnerability scanning and analysing penetration test results
  • Designing and implementing security technologies
  • Monitoring IT controls for regulatory compliance
  • Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of information security best practices
  • Applying technical concepts related to cloud computing and application development
  • Managing teams both onsite and offshore
  • Communicating effectively through verbal and written channels
  • Handling escalation procedures and incident management
  • Applying ITIL principles
  • Providing leadership and guidance to junior team members

To apply for this Java Technical Lead role, technical expertise and experience should include:

  • Spring framework (Spring Security, AOP, MVC, JDBC), Spring Boot
  • Security vulnerability scan tools (Xray and Fortify)
  • Tech upgrade/migration (JDK, Apache Tomcat, jQuery, Spring, etc.)
  • J2EE and Hibernate
  • SQL/DB2
  • Web services (REST and SOAP)
  • WebSphere Application Server (WAS), Apache/Tomcat
  • Version control tools: GIT, Bamboo, JIRA, Bit Bucket, and Confluence
