About the role
The core responsibility of the role is to install, calibrate, service and maintain dispensing equipment at customer plants. It will also involve assistance to customers in relation to field trials, product training and managing customer complaints.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Arrange installation of equipment in accordance with site requirements
  • Monitor and maintain equipment including coordination of breakdown servicing and calibrations
  • Document breakdowns and ensure action in a timely manner
  • Assist in routine and simple repairs of site plant equipment

About the person

Ideally you will have experience in a similar Dispenser Technician role and have worked in concrete and/or water pump industries, providing solutions to customers who service the larger infrastructure sectors.

You will have proven ability to provide superior customer service and build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
