We are seeking a Database Coordinator to join our Fundraising team in Wellington or Auckland on a part time permanent basis (32 hours per week).


Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity


The Database Coordinator is a key role within our Fundraising Team, responsible for customer service to our donor database, therefore increasing donor engagement, retention and loyalty.

You'll work closely with our Database Manager to ensure that data is maintained and fit for purpose, allowing the wider team to deliver key campaigns and appeals.

He kōrero mōu | About you


You will be a committed and customer focussed team player, with excellent organisational skills, a desire to learn and an eye for improvement.

Your motivation, attention to detail and strong problem solving skills will ensure that you thrive in this role.

You will also be/have:

  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management / database systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including a warm telephone manner and good written skills
  • Competent with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Understanding of and / or exposure to Direct Marketing and Regular Giving Fundraising Strategies (preferred)
