The Search


This role is based in Auckland, working for the fast growing, 100% Kiwi owned Indevin Group / Villa Maria in the exciting wine industry.


We are looking for a Senior Global Customer Marketing and Portfolio Manager to be a part of the marketing senior leadership team.

This role is responsible for the development and overseeing the execution of effective customer marketing programmes for the entire brand portfolio, globally, to support company and market specific strategies, with a focus also on portfolio management to deliver strategy in key markets.


The Role


The purpose of the Senior Global Customer Marketing and Portfolio Manager is to manage the planning and execution of effective customer marketing programmes for the entire brand portfolio globally to support company and market specific strategies.

As such, the following practical experience with the following is desired:

  • FMCG brand experience
  • Global wine industry experience
  • Strong understanding of the US wine market

Key parts of the role are:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, import partners, and customers to devise and deliver commercially effective trade marketing campaigns globally.
  • Identify, define, and quantify portfolio gaps globally and by market
  • Work closely with the Brand Team to interpret consumer trends and customer needs and help translate these into portfolio growth opportunities
  • Responsible for managing the planning and execution of effective customer marketing programmes for the entire brand portfolio globally to support company and market specific strategies.
