Finance and Insurance Consultant

Due to the business requirement, we need 1 full time Finance and Insurance consultant to join our business urgently.

  • At least 3 months New Zealand working experience in this field
  • Mandarin speaking is strongly preferable because of large volumes of Chinese customers
  • Adaptable to change and able to do multiple tasks by cooperating with team members
  • Able to work under pressure to meet job deadline
  • Must accept flexible hours of work to cope with heavy workload on weekends
  • NZ residence or a valid work visa is required.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored financial advice and guidance on financing and insurance options suitable for each customer.
  • Accurately process financing and leasing deals and obtain approval from financial sources.
  • Comply with local regulations affecting the finance and insurance terms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers.
  • Ensure all transactions are compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to meet customer needs and satisfying their purchasing experience.
  • Safeguard customer information and adhere strictly to data protection and privacy laws.
  • Stay abreast of market trends in finance, insurance, and the automotive industry.

Term:
Permanent full time position

Hours of work:
At least 30 hours per week, shifted by roster from Monday to Sunday
