The duties include but are not limited to:

  • Help the director with wholesale and retail sales
  • Marketing, client relations, and communication
  • Import documents
  • Stock management
  • Payroll processing and IRD compliance
  • Preparing GST returns and monthly accounts, and dealing with our external accountant regarding annual accounts and company tax returns
  • Communication with dairy owners is important as most of them are of Indian background and the incumbent must have good knowledge of Hindi
  • Supervise the whole business and in charge of the Cold Store and keeping eye on storage (containers and freezer etc)
  • Strategically plan the promotion of the business at a local level so that maximum customers can be attracted
  • Daily cash reconciliation, petty cash, and banking
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain security controls cash, keys, alarms, and stock
  • Ensure the business and staff comply with Occupational Health & Safety guidelines
  • Company's fleet management
  • Uploading and handling Facebook posts
  • Can drive a manual vehicle and able to get a Class 1 driving license
  • And other duties as required by the employer.
