About the Role:


As part of our unified frontline, you'll provide great customer experiences to Spark's Business customers ensuring you own their queries, sales and resolve issues (investigating & troubleshooting).


You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone and messaging and will help Spark grow and retain their business customers by providing suitable solutions and ensuring their needs are met.

It's important to note we support our customers 7 days a week, so you'll need to be flexible and willing to work on a rostered basis.
