An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self
- motivated Nurse Practitioner to join the teams who work within the community. We are seeking an energetic and inspirational Nurse Practitioner who has a special interest in older persons and rehabilitation, and enjoys working collaborative.

  • This role will support the interdisciplinary teams already working with clients in the community to enable the best possible outcomes for our population groups.

Skills and experience you'll need to be considered for the role:

  • NZ registered Nurse Practitioner
  • Over 3 years' experience as a NP
  • Established networks and relationships within the community
  • Proven leadership
  • Innovative ideas to further develop the service
  • Experience in adult teaching and education
  • Full drivers licence

Rehabilitation and Support is a collection of services which supports 14,000 client in the community to live their best lives with some support.

This is varied role providing clinical support to the interdisciplinary teams, including Disability Support Link, START, Frailty Admission Avoidance Service, General Practice, Age Concern, Aged Residential Care, Home and Community Support Services and Non-Government Organisations.
