What will you do?
As an HR Advisor to our New Zealand Operations teams, you will report to the HR Manager - Operations and provide business partnering advice to empower our leaders and ensure our team members are happy and productive

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strong relationships with our Operations teams and providing effective HR support across a range of areas
  • Providing advice on employment relations matters across multiple villages; regular travel across New Zealand is required
  • Leading and supporting with a variety of people focused projects to deliver exciting new initiatives to support and enhance our culture
  • Working closely with other People and Safety team members to ensure coordinated and effective support is provided to our leaders
  • Proactively keeping up to date with employment related legislation and regulations

Who are you?

  • You may have previous HR Advisory experience, or you may be ready to take the next step in your HR career from coordination to advisory; either way you are passionate about people and providing exceptional HR support and advice
  • You have proven experience in generalist HR, ideally with ER exposure
  • You value people and kindness, and are passionate about delivering excellent results
  • You strive for excellence and constantly look for ways to exceed expectations; delivering a highquality service at speed will be second nature
