**THE ROLE
We are on the search for our 2025 future leaders. We are after 6 keen interns who have the drive and passion for the agriculture sector.

This is an intensive program that focuses on giving you the tools to succeed in this industry and within Ballance.

**LOCATION
An intensive 8-week training program in Mount Maunganui. Accommodation is supplied for these 8 weeks.

After the 8 weeks, you will be placed in regions where you will gain in-field experience under the mentorship of an experienced Nutrient Specialists.

You must be open to living in a variety of locations during the internship program. We are also open to relocating to regions throughout New Zealand depending on where roles become available.
