Tyler Wren is working with a client of ours to assist with adding a Senior Compliance Analyst to their team.

This role supports the CEO to deliver the business plan in compliance with the relevant requirements.


As the Senior Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for the monitoring of operations functions including decision-making, and the development of operations management systems, policies, and procedures.


This role also involves:

  • Responsible for CRS/FACTA due diligence, record management, annual assurance and reporting functions
  • Maintain policies, complete due diligence checks and manage records
  • Oversee ongoing reviews, account closure, and maintenance in accordance with applicable AML/CFT rules and CRS/FACTA
  • Monitor outsourced functions such as customer services and settlements functions as they relate to CRS/FCTA/QI Compliance
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
including counterparties, and regulators

About you:

  • 4+ years experience in the relevant area with financial services experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge and experience working with CRS/FACTA
  • Ability to maintain key stakeholder relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
