We are currently looking for a Ride-on Sweeper Operator to clean the floors at Westfield, Riccarton.

Our Team ensure cleanliness is maintained to a high standard, - you are a key part of our company's success and reputation.


Shift Details:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 3.30am8.00
  • Your Rostered Day Off is Thursday.
  • You must be available for every shift.

About you:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand
  • Have a valid New Zealand Work Visa, Resident Visa, or Citizenship.
  • Have a valid Driver's License.
  • Pass a Ministry of Justice (Criminal Conviction History) check
  • Physically fit to do the job.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • A reliable work ethic with great customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, following training and instructions.
  • If you have Sweeper experience too great But we are prepared to fully train.

About the role:

  • Perform a wide range of cleaning duties to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the shopping mall.
  • Utilize specialized cleaning equipment and techniques to handle specific cleaning tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Contract Manager and other stakeholders to address any specific cleaning requirements or concerns.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, ensuring an adequate stock is always held.
  • Assist with other cleaning duties and tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a safe working environment for yourself, your team, and Mall visitors.
