We are looking for reliable and motivated logistics team member with high levels of attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of adhering to Health and Safety standards.

You have a willingness to learn and constantly improve. You consider yourself a relationship builder and you work well within a tight knit team. To provide support to the logistics team and complete maintenance work as required.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Ability to build relationships with customers and external contractors
  • Ability to problemsolve to find solutions for customers
  • Ability to follow direction and act with initiative where appropriate
  • Basic administration skills ability to accurately record data plus knowledge of excel spreadsheets
  • Experience 1 year's experience in a similar warehouse or yard role
  • Physical skills ability to regularly lift 20kgs
  • Communication skills good verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive, "cando" attitude

Duties may include

  • Loading/unloading trucks as required
  • Unload import containers as per MPI requirements and domestic containers
  • Assemble and fulfil orders accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Operate a forklift to move stock in the yard & maintain Health & Safety Standards

Formal Qualification and Training

  • Forklift licence
  • Full class 1 Driving License essential.
  • MPI Accredited Person certificate (or prepared to obtain within six months of starting)
