GIS Analyst


Are you a skilled GIS professional with a passion for data analysis and spatial solutions? Citycare Property is seeking a talented GIS Analyst to join our team.

As a GIS Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and analysing spatial data, providing insights, and supporting decision-making processes within our organisation.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Citycare Property's GIS field data collection solutions, processes, and data models.
  • Conduct data collection, analysis, and reporting for the condition assessment of facilities and open space assets.
  • Collaborate with the GIS Technical Lead/Architect to identify opportunities and implement GIS solutions that add value to Citycare Property's products and services.
  • Train operational team members and users in the use of GIS tools and ensure highquality output deliverables.
  • Effectively manage multiple workstreams and workloads using project management tools.
  • Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of the GIS asset database and model.
  • Seek improvements in data models based on industry standards and recommended practices.
  • Support GIS data integration during contract setup.
  • Continually improve GISrelated services and explore innovative solutions within the business.
  • Provide daytoday technical expertise and support to meet enduser, data functional, and administrative requirements.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing accurate reports and excellent customer service.
  • Adhere to company policies, plans, and health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • A relevant GIS qualification is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of spatial data structures and proficiency in GIS software, such as ArcGIS Pro, Enterprise, and Online.
  • Experience with data analysis, spatial modelling, and visualisation techniques.
  • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problemsolving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in cartography design, GIS solution development, and asset management systems is advantageous. Commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
